Now that you are able to alternate shuffles between your 2 feet, it is important to learn how to continue shuffling on the same foot several times in a row.
A shuffle ball change allows you to shift your weight from one foot to another by rocking back-and-forth on the ball of your foot. This back-and-forth rocking motion enables you to continue shuffling with the original foot you started shuffling with.
Each shuffle ball change consists of 4 tap sounds for every 4 beats: 1-2-3-4
