About Time-to-tap
Complementing the dance class experience with a focus on:
Timing + Technique + Technology
Time-to-Tap was created for beginning tap dancers who want to develop a strong tap foundation that they can bring home with them after the in-class lesson is finished. Following each class, a review of the tap technique of the week will be summarized in a video tutorial. Students will have the opportunity to practice what they have learned, explore different methods for maintaining timing, create their own choreographies, and share their video masterpieces with their peers! In addition to each tutorial, a weekly *T-T-T Challenge* will be posted for the students to meet, in order to keep their feet tapping while achieving new goals!
"It is time to extend the dance lesson beyond the 1-hour weekly class.
Get ready to tap-in-time to the music, create choreographies,
and develop your technique.
Through the use of technology, we are going to review and expand
our tapping ability!
Let's get started; it is Time-to-Tap!"
